Question:
Hi, I am looking to get a hitch for my 2011 nissan rogue. I see the Curt Model #: 13204 On your site. My question is. What four bike, bike rack will clear the bumper on the rogue with this hitch? Thanks

I'd recommend the Thule Hitching Post Pro, part # TH934XTR. The DoubleDown is a quality bike rack that's reasonably priced. The rack provides essential features like sturdy rubber straps that hold the bikes securely in the padded cradles. The cradles have an anti-sway feature that will prevent the bikes from swaying back and forth during transport. An anti-rattle hitch pin is included, but a lock for the hitch pin part # THSTL2 and a locking cable, part # TH538XT are recommended and are available separately.
The Hitching Post Pro offers 13-1/2 inches of clearance between the hitch pin hole and the back of the upright, which is more than enough clearance to clear your bumper with plenty of room to spare. When we installed the Curt # C13204 hitch on a 2013 and 2014 Rogue, we found that the hitch was recessed under the vehicle so the hitch pin hole was about 4-1/2 inches away from the rear edge of the bumper.
If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance.
