Yes, you can install Curt trailer hitch # C13206 on your 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon with dual exhaust. You would just have to follow the same instructions for the passenger's side as you do for the driver's side in terms of lowering the exhaust. I have linked a video showing installation for you. The vehicle in the video has single exhaust but you would just apply the same techniques to both sides. Please note that if your Outback is a Sport model there are no trailer hitch options available.
If you plan on doing some towing I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It includes 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring you can use # C56040.
