How to Mount Thule Ski Rack on Factory Crossbars on 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon

I have a Thule ski rack with square bar attachments. My new car is 2015 subaru outback with built in bars. Do you sell adaptors that I can replace the square bar attachments with ones that will fit the aero bars on the subaru?

Many of Thule's rooftop ski carriers feature attachments that can accommodate square bars and other shapes including AeroBlade elliptical and many factory crossbars. Thule's SnowPack # TH7324 ski carrier, for example, can fit these various types of roof crossbars. This flexibility makes this a great choice if multiple vehicles will carry your ski gear.
Thule does not offer retro-fit kits or adapters to let their ski carriers for square bars fit factory bars.
