Motorcycle Carrier Recommendation for Carrying a Scooter

I have an imported 50 cc scooter, has a 48inch wheelbase, the outside diameter of the tires is 16 can I use the etrailer motorcycle carrier?

Yes, the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier, part # e98873, would do an excellent job transporting your 50cc scooter. For securing your scooter to the carrier you might also be interested in the Erickson Tie-Downs part # EM05729.
