Fulton produces several different models of dual-wheel jack. You should be able to find the jack's part number on the bottom of its outer tube. For example, part # F1413040134 is a side wind swing-up jack rated at 1600-lbs; part # FXPD15L is a dual-wheel marine jack rated at 1500-lbs.
I have linked you to our page showing all Fulton jacks where you can use the filters in the left margin to narrow the results to match your jack.
