Need Jack to Allow Easy Manual Moving of Sure Trac Trailer

I have sure trac trailer STB218CHS-B and Im looking for something I can move trailer without auto. I Trailer my car but car problably not able to get a hitch Im looking for something,that will allow me to manually move trailer with ease, as my health is not what it use to be. Can you company help me?
