Can the Sportrack Roof Rack part # SR1002 Be Adjusted After Installation

Can you re-adjust the cross bar settings once the unit is locked down? or do you have to loosen everything?

The Sportrack Roof Rack part # SR1002 that you referenced should only be installed as the instructions recommend. Basically, there is only one way you can install this rack on your 2009 Hyundai Elantra so once you have it set up properly on your roof you wouldn't want to change how it installs.
Once you lock it down to your roof it would not allow you to make any adjustments.
