Where Install Hardware of Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch # 75492 is Packed
Question:
The hitch arrived with a large hole in the packaging, was there supposed to be any attach hardware included? I was unable to find it.

When the hitches ship out, the installation hardware and instructions are packed into the receiver tube and secured with tape for safekeeping. This is done so that if the shipping box should get damaged, the hardware won't get lost.
My hope is that the hardware is still in place, and that you just hadn't noticed it. If it's indeed missing, please call our Customer Service folks, and they'll get you fixed right up.
