Question:

I have a RoadMaster All terrain non binding 6000lb tow bar and a Brake Master 9000 serial number 027278, can I use these to tow my 2003 GMC Envoy the car has a GVWR of 5600 lb, and is the base body not the extended one, what other parts do I need to purchase to attach to the Envoy if all this will work together. The Envoys transmission can be placed in the neutral position.

Yes, as long as the owners manual of your 2003 GMC Envoy says it's okay to flat tow your vehicle you can use your Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar part # RM-522 with your RoadMaster BrakeMaster # RM-9100. Only additional part you would need regarding the braking system would be the seat bracket part # RM-88181.

Additionally you will need a base plate kit, for that you would want the Roadmaster Base Plate kit part # 3108-1.

For safety cables you can use # RM-643. The coiled design helps keep the cables off of the ground.

For lighting you can use the diode kit, # RM-15267, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow your tow vehicle to control the taillight assemblies of the towed vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.
