Could a Pair of the Darby Turbo-Rack Universal Single-Bar Roof Rack # DTA968 Transport a Portabote

Would this work for a 10ft portabote that weighs 68lbs on my Ram 2500 truck if I use two racks. I have a tonneau cover on my truck I am trying to work around?
