How to Carry 3 Bikes with a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport

I have a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander sport, which rack will be best for me?

For your 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport there currently aren't any trunk mounted bike rack options. The best solution I can provide would be to install a hitch and use a hitch mounted carrier. This is the preferred method as there would be no contact with any painted surfaces of your vehicle and it would open you up to other options in the future like towing or a cargo carrier.

For a hitch I would recommend the Draw Tite Hitch part # 36509. This is a 2 inch hitch with plenty of capacity.

For a great 3 bike rack at a great price check out the SportRack # SR2703. This rack tilts for cargo area access, top plates with hand knobs that can be moved up or down to accommodate different bike frame sizes, and an anti-rattle device. See the review video I attached.
