Does Pollak 5thWheel/Gooseneck T-Connector 7-Way Plug into the 7-Way on the Truck
Question:
Will this plug into the current seven way pin on rear bumper from factory. If so, then run harness into truck bed for gooseneck connection

This product connects in line with the 7-Way that is on your vehicle from behind the bumper. The wire is run inside the bed walls and down underneath the truck where it connects, and stays with the truck, so you do not have to hunt it down each time you hookup the gooseneck trailer.
We have a video of a similar product, part # C56000 from Curt being installed on a 2008 Chevy Silverado 3500. It attaches the same way as the Pollak PK11893-11932 that you were looking at. I have included a link to this video so you can see how it installs and connects and how the wire is run.
If you are looking for an adapter to plug into the existing 7-way at the rear bumper of your vehicle we have the 7-Way Connector 7 foot Loop, part # 20027, which will work to connect your gooseneck trailer.
