Hitch Recommendation for a 2008 Toyota Highlander
Question:
Im trying to decide on Curt or Draw-Tite or other. Want hitch mainly for biclycle carrier or cargo. I see Curt needs a stabilizing strap ... but I have Highlander Sport with a spoiler and wonder where would the strap attach to? I see the other hitches doesnt need a stabilizing strap. Whats the difference?

For your 2008 Toyota Highlander you are going to want to use the Draw-Tite part # 75726. This hitch would not require the use of a stabilizer strap like the Curt hitch when used with a bike rack. Especially since you have a spoiler. I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out.
The most popular bike rack we offer that would work well for you would be the Swagman XTC-2 part # S64670. This is a great rack that has a ton of positive reviews that would work well for you. I attached a review video for this rack as well.
