Could the Swagman Upright Bike Rack part # S64720 fit Factory Crossbars of 2003 Dodge Grand caravan

can this product be used with factory installed roof rack for a 2003 grand caravan sport? Can I put three carriers in at once?

The U-bolts that are included with the Swagman Upright Bike Rack part # S64720 are 3-1/8" wide x 1-7/8" tall. If the factory crossbars on your 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan are smaller than those dimensions this rack should do well.
As long as you have the roof weight capacity to handle the weight of your three bikes you should have no problem using three of these racks on the roof of your 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan.
