You will first want to check the roof weight capacity of your 2010 Honda CR-V, to make sure you do not exceed the maximum capacity, which would be the weight of the cargo basket along with the cargo you plan on carrying.
The Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, part # C18115 will fit crossbars if they are spaced 15, 22, or 29 inches apart center to center. It will fit crossbars that measure up to 3 inches wide by 1-5/8 inches tall, and has a capacity of 150 lbs. This basket measures 41-1/2 inches long X 37 inches wide X 4 inches deep. To secure your cargo I recommend the Curt Stretchable Cargo Net, part # C18200. This is a really good fit for the # C18115 basket.
