Fifth Wheel Hitch And Installation Kit For 2014 Ford F-350 Crew Cab With Factory Tow Package

Question:

buying a 2014 F-350, crew cab, with 8 foot bed, and fifth wheel prep package. looking for a 16 K hitch, what is it that I need and I assume there is some sort of adapter so hitch will hook up to the prep package.

For your 2014 Ford F-350 Crew Cab with the factory package installed I recommend the Reese Fifth Wheel, part # RP30047. This hitch features a dual jaw with floating, 4-way pivoting head and has a gross towing weight of 16,000 lbs with a hitch height range from 14-1/2 to 18 inches.

I also recommend the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter, part # RP30156. This unit drops into the pucks in the bed of your truck and lock into place, and gives you a standard rail for a fifth wheel hitch.
