Troubleshooting Trailer Taillights That Only Function on One Side of the Trailer
Question:
Why does nothing work on the drivers side tail-light, parking, brake, or directional? I have bought hitches from you in the past, but health reasons prevented me from doing so on this car.

Since all of the wiring problems are on one side of the trailer that leads me to believe the problem is in the grounding of the light assembly on that side of the trailer. A lot of light assemblies ground through the mounting hardware. You will want to make sure the assembly is connected to a clean metal surface.
I attached a couple FAQ articles that should be helpful as well.
