Replacement Split Collet and Threaded Collar for Ranch Hitch # AM3100 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter

Andersen Gooseneck and Fifth Wheel Adapters - AM3100 I own one of these adapters but during my move to my new home I misplaced my threaded colet and the half sleeves that go on the king pin.. Is there any way you sell those parts separately??
