what is the distance from lug holes to back side of rim or tire , need to for clearance issues,thanks

I pulled a sample of this tire from our warehouse to take the measurements you need.
From the rear rim surface that contacts the hub (near the bolt holes) to the innermost edge of the rim the distance is 4-inches. From that same point to the innermost edge of the tire the distance is 4-1/2-inches.
The dimensions are noted on the linked photo.
