Replacement Cable and Spring Recommendation for a Gorilla Lift Tailgate Assist part # GL1
Question:
1 Cable just broke. Should I presume the other is going to break soon? How do I determine if I should replace the rollers? The look fine, but I cant tell if theyre is something I should be looking for.

Unless it was overloaded or otherwise misused the cable of the Gorilla Lift Tailgate Assist part # GL1 should not have snapped. This product is covered by a 1 year warranty, if you bought it less than a year ago you should contact the retailer you bought the product from. As long as the product wasn't misused the other cable shouldn't break anytime soon.
For a replacement cable and spring you would want the Replacement Spring part # GSCC-400.
If the rollers look fine and seem to be operating well you would not need to replace them.
