With a trailer and load this small, and being a pole tongue trailer, a sway control system like this will not be of much use. There are several things you can do to try to correct the sway problem. If you try them and they do not work you can use a friction sway control system like the Reese Pro Series, but it will require some fabrication with the trailer.
The first thing to do is adjust how the load is situated on the trailer. You want to move more weight forward to increase the tongue weight of the trailer. Get the ATV as far forward as possible and keep the heavier gear to the front of the trailer.
If the trailer is not level with the truck and the front of the trailer is riding higher than the rear, you should get a new draw bar or ball mount that sits lower to get the trailer level.
If the trailer is level and you have all the weight forward and are still having problems, you can pitch the nose of the trailer down a bit. You can get a ball mount or draw bar that drops an inch or two below level so the nose points down. I have included a link below to all of our ball mounts and an adjustable ball mount for you to look at, Draw-Tite part # 7390. It already has the tab on it for sway control so if it does not work and you need sway control you would already be part-way set up for it.
If you try these things and the sway is not corrected, write back and we will go from there.
