Can the Adjustable Ball Mount TK5007 Be Used in Both Rise and Drop Orientation
Question:
I have a similar ball mount for my 08 Ridgeline. Since it is a 90° angle with a cross piece support, it seems that the strength of the mount would be less if inverted. Are they designed to be used inverted? The bottom is only a few inches off the ground in normal configuration.

The Adjustable Ball Mount # TK5007 can be used as either a rise or drop hitch, so you can use it in either manner without compromising the strength of the setup. This ball mount can be adjusted by either flipping it upside down, or removing the pull pins and flipping the ball mount in the other direction.
I've linked a review video we did of this ball mount for you to have a look at, as well.
