Question:
Do you have an installation video for this converter for installing on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Expert Reply:
Because there are some plug-and-play options available like the # 118394, we don't have any footage of the Curt # C56175 being installed on a 2006 Grand Cherokee. To install the C56175, you would need to access the wiring harnesses that feed the drivers and passenger side taillight assemblies. Use a circuit tester like part # 40376 on the wires feeding the taillight as each function is activated, one by one. Start by activating the left turn signal. Probe the wires feeding the left turn taillight assembly until you find the wire that makes the tester blink. When found, tap the yellow wire into that circuit. Do the same for the brake lamp, running light and right turn. Red wire to brake lamp circuit, brown wire to running lamp circuit, green wire to right turn and white wire would ground to the vehicle.
I've linked you to the install video for the 118394, which shows how to remove the taillight assemblies and access the wiring harnesses behind the taillight assemblies.
