Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch and Custom Installation Kit for 2004 F-350 Dually
Question:
I was interested in the ps30132. It says it comes with a universal kit rp30035. Can I swap the universal for the custom kit? Or do I pay the some odd 250 for the custom kit and get stuck with the universal kit? Fitting a f350 dually 2004. ThAnks

I do not show the Pro Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Rails and Installation Kit PS30132 to be a fit for your 2004 F-350 dually.
However, I do have a fit for you with custom rails. I recommend going with the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30928, and the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP50082-58.
This kit includes the brackets and base rails and is a custom installation kit that mounts to existing holes on your frame and can be installed in half the time as the universal installation kit.
The Reese 5th wheel trailer hitch hauls trailers up to 20,000 lbs. and features a lockable single jaw on a floating head to create the easiest hookup possible. The hitch height adjusts from 14" to 18" to match your trailer's height.
I am including a link to a video of the installation kit being installed on a 2006 Ford F-350.
