How to Measure a Pin Box to Determine What Sidewinder would Replace it  

Question:

How do I determine which Sidewinder for non-common PinBox on my 5th Wheel? Truck: 2006 Ford F150, 5 1/2 box Pin Box saddle measures 12 inches with a 9.5inch separation bolt pattern. See attached pics. RP30047 - Hitch Will the Sidewinder #RP61412 work for my trailer assuming the clearance is adequate? Thanks,

You are on the right track. To determine what pin box you have so you can upgrade to a Sidewinder you have will need to take measurements of your current pin box. Check out the FAQ article I attached that will walk you through exactly how this is done and then you will know if the Sidewinder part # RP61412 will work for you.
