Leaf Spring Replacement Recommendation for a Boat Trailer with a 3000 lb Axle
Question:
I need to replace the springs on my boat trailer. I believe I have a 3000# axle. This is a single axle trailer. the hangers are spaced at 27. The springs are double eye. What is the proper spring length for this spacing? THanks.

The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # SP-210275 that you referenced that is 27 inches long should work well for you. Typically you want the spring a little bit shorter than the hanger distance (about 1/2 inch) but you're close enough that it should work just fine.
I attached an FAQ article on trailer suspension for you to check out also.
