Distance Between the Hitch Pin Hole and the Shank Curve on the Hollywood Rack Sport Rider 2
Question:
Im looking at the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider 2 2-Bike Carrier - 1-1/4, 2inch Hitch - Platform Style - Tilting. Can you tell me the distance between the hitch pin hole on this bike rack and where the shaft of the rack begins to slope upward? I currently have a hitch that is roughly 8 inches from the hitch pin to the edge of the bumper of my vehicle. If the rack mentioned above wouldnt work, do you know of any 2 bike, platform racks that would stick out far enough to properly clear my bumper? Thank you very much for any input.

The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the start of the shank curve on the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider 2 Bike Rack, # HR1000Z, is 9 inches (see photo). This bike rack will work great on your vehicle. Hollywood Racks makes great bike racks. If you would like to add a locking hitch pin to secure your bike rack, I recommend picking up part # HRLHPT.
