Bully Brake Controller Wiring on a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado
Question:
I have a 2009 Chev Silverado, and am trying to connect a Bully brake controller that came off another vehicle. The brake controller has red, black, blue, and yellow wires. I cant find anything on the internet for wiring it up. Can you help me??

I have wired a Bully TC-301 Brake controller before and the wiring is as follows.
Black = Negative Battery Terminal
Red = 12 Volt Constant Power from the Battery
Blue = Stop Light Switch
Yellow = Power to the Trailer Brakes
When connecting the constant power wire from the battery to the Red wire on the brake controller use a 20 amp circuit breaker, item # PK54520. You may also need the Twist-in, 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector for Chevy and GMC Vehicles, item # PK110916, if your truck does not have a factory 7-Way at the back of the vehicle.
We have a video for you to review (see link) on the installation of a brake controller on a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado.
