Trailer Hitch Availability for 2011 BMW X5 M-Sport Model
Question:
I need a hitch for a 2011 BMW X5 M Sport. I looked up the hitched on the site but they all say Except M Series. Do you guys not sell ones for the M? Thanks in advance

The Class III Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch you referenced, part # 75600, is not a fit for your particular M-Sport version, as you noted. The same applies to the Hidden Hitch and Curt hitches made for the X5. Usually the reason for these fit exclusions has to do with trim components like the fascia or with a specialized exhaust that blocks the frame's hitch installation access points.
If these (or other) components would require extensive trimming or alteration of the vehicle's styling package then hitch makers opt out of offering one. Even for the other non-M models that CAN accept a hitch their installation is still fairly complex.
If you were looking for a hitch to enable use of a bike carrier, we do offer trunk-mount bike racks that are compatible with the M-version. These can be seen on the link provided. You can use the filters at the left-hand margin to narrow the results based on brand, features and capacity.
