Do I need to buy Drawbar, pin and clip if I am just using this hitch for bike rack? :

No, if you are just planning on using the Draw Tite Hitch part # 24776 to install a bike rack all you need is the hitch. Whatever bike rack you purchase will come with its own pin and clip, and a drawbar would only be used for towing a trailer.
