Trailer Wiring Harness for a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder that is Wired Like a 2012 Pathfinder

Question:

Im getting a couple different stories , a local shop said they could do it for 200+ labor , another friend who owns an rv co said it should cost less than 100 . Im looking on here and and its even cheaper . But i lack the knowledge to install . I do know There are two connectors underneath rear passenger side Ive attached a picture . I am wanting to pull a jayco popup / 4 pin . I went to dealership and he quoted me 100 bucks just for the part to connect to one of those connectors . Looked for videos on wire installation and were pretty detailed . If someone could point me in the right direction with part numbers to order Im all in . Or is part 118267 what I need to connect to one of these under car connectors ?

This is strange because it appears your 2013 Nissan Pathfinder has the wiring of a 2012 which does take # 118267. However, it is not a 4-Way it is a 7-Way. To me it would appear that you need # C56225 which is the 4-Way and it includes the jumper harness and the relays to make it functional.
