We offer three different Draw-Tite trailer hitches for a 1999 Mercury Mountaineer. Two of the hitches are Class lll and one hitch is a Class ll.
The Class lll Draw-Tite trailer hitch with the 7500 towing capacity when used with weight distribution is part # 75096.
If you are looking for a ball mount for this hitch I recommend part # 2923. This has a 3/4 inch rise or a 2 inch drop, and measures 8-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole.
If you need a 1-7/8 inch ball for the hitch I recommend part # 19260, and for a 2 inch ball I recommend part # 63845.
If you are looking for hardware for the hitch you can go to our website search box and enter RHK. Then enter the manufacturer and model number of the hitch and you can order the replacement hardware for your hitch.
If these items are not what you were looking for please let me know and I will be glad to help.
