Roof Rack Components For 2008 Honda Accord  

Question:

Looking at the Yakima roof kit for a 2008 Honda Accord 2 door. Would you sell it without the bars? I already have some.

We do sell the roof rack components for the Yakima system that will fit your 2008 Honda Accord with a naked roof. Just for information this system is designed to use crossbars that are 48 inches long, part # Y00408.

To complete your roof rack you need parts # Y28TR, # Y03536, # Y06123, and part # Y06170. This will give you the custom clips that attach to the doorframe of your Accord and the feet that the crossbars are attached to.

If you wish to add locks to your roof rack system to deter thieves I recommend the Yakima Same Key System, part # Y07204. This comes with 4 locks and 2 keys and works with all Yakima products.
