Are Vibration Isolators Included With M5 Series Fifth Wheel Hitch For 2014 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Question:
Does the Elite series have the vibration dampening like the R series? I am replacing the pin box on my 5th wheel camper and am also going to upgrade my hitch and trying to decide on either the M5 or R series. My truck has the factory platform but I have already got a conversion frame to use a rail style hitch with the factory platform. Thanks

The Vibration Isolators are featured on the R Series Reese fifth wheel hitches only, and are not intended to be used on the M5 Series hitches we offer. The isolators are designed to reduce the vibration when using above bed systems. If you have the factory underbed system the isolators are not needed.
I recommend the Reese M5 Series 27,000lb, part # RP30922 for your 2014 Ford Super Duty with the factory underbed rails. This attaches to the underbed rail system in the bed of your truck and when removed gives you full access to the entire bed of your truck.
For an M5 Series Hitch with an 20,000lb capacity, I recommend part # RP30921.
I have included links to product review videos for these hitches you can check out.
