Recommended Hitch for a 2023 Tesla Model X
Question:
Just double checking but looks like the wiring kit is now included? Also, while I don’t personally need it, is the ball mounting kit now included? It looks like it is. But just wanted to double check. I am planning on ordering the Draw-Tite 76143 for my 2023 Model X, primarily to hold a fancy basket style storage system for road trips like a Mockins or Gear Deck and looking at the product description it appears to be the whole package here. Please correct me if I’m wrong because I know next to nothing about towing and hitches and all of this!

Sorry Andrew it does not! The Draw-Tite item # 76143 does not include any wiring or ball mount. It's a good thing you're not needing a wiring harness because no one makes one specifically for the 2023 Tesla Model X and this is the only hitch too.
The Draw-Tite Hitch item # 76143 is custom fit for your 2023 Tesla Model X and bolts to it with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that boasts a 750 lbs tongue weight. You will want to verify this capacity with your owner's manual though as Draw-Tite tends to overrate their hitches for the vehicles they mount on.
I have linked the installation instructions below so you can see how to get this hitch set up.
