Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2001 Chevrolet Impala for Carrying 2 or 3 Bikes

Can you tell me what bike rack would fit a 2001 impala? I would like to carry 2 maybe 3 regular style bikes. Thanks

There are several different bike rack options for your 2001 Chevrolet Impala. The most economical option would be a trunk mount bike rack like the Thule Passage 3 Bike Rack, # TH911XT. You do not need any additional parts to use a trunk mount bike rack other than possibly a bike adapter bar like part # TH982XT. Bikes without a top horizontal frame tube can be difficult to load on a trunk mount bike rack and cause ground clearance issues. This adapter bar makes it easier and safer to mount your bikes. Other bike rack options that are available to you are a hitch mount bike rack or a roof mount bike rack. Both of these types of racks require additional components such as a trailer hitch or a roof rack.
