Parts Needed To Raise The Height Of A 5th Wheel Trailer For Bed Clearance

Hey Tye,
If you're needing to raise the height of your trailer then you'll want to check if the leaf springs sit above or below the axle. If they sit below your axle then you can use an Over-Under-Conversion Kit. These kits will raise the height of the trailer by the diameter of the axle plus the height of the leaf spring stack. To determine which kit is going to fit your trailer you'll need to first measure the diameter of your axle tube. If you have a 2-3/8" axle tube diameter then you'll want part # K71-384-00 and if you have a 3" axle tube diameter then you'll want part # K71-385-00.
