I have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe sport. Can I use this trailer hitch and still get a full-size tire up under the frame?

Yes, I checked with Curt and you can still use your full size spare with the Curt Hitch part # C13152 installed on your 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. I attached a picture that shows the two installed together for you to check out that I took from the installation instructions that I also attached a link to.
