How to Wire a Bully Brake Controller to a 2003 Ford F-250 Using a Hopkins Wiring Harness

I bought a Bully digital brake controller and a Hopkins brake controller adapter for my 2003 ford f250. the Hopkins adapter will not plug into my Bully brake box. I am needing to know how to wire the two together to make my brake box work. the brake controller is part number TC-301 and the adapter is part number 47715 if you can help me i would really appriciate it.

As you have found out manufacturers make their own compatible plugs to match their own brake controllers. It looks like the Bully controller comes with a universal harness with blunt cut wires. You will need to cut the end off the Hopkins harness that plugs into the controller and wire it up as follows:

Bully connector black to Hopkins harness white for ground
Bully red to Hopkins black for 12 volt power in
Bully blue to Hopkins red for stop light switch
Bully yellow to Hopkins blue for output to trailer brakes
