Can I use This Adapter To Use my Tule 1-1/4 T2 Bike Rack with My 2 Inch Hitch
Question:
can this product be used with the thule 1 1/4 T2 hitch to allow use on a 2 inch reciever?

Expert Reply:
Thule does not recommend using the aluminum adapter with the 1 1/4 inch T2 bike rack. We do offer adapters which would allow you to use the rack in a 2 inch receiver. You could use Brophy part # HT02 or Hidden Hitch part # 80300. Part 80300 will decrease the hitch tongue weight capacity by 50 percent. If the hitch offers a 300 lbs tongue weight capacity the rack and bikes combined cannot exceed 150 lbs when using an adapter.
