Question:
Just purchased the BK7365 tow bar and BK3751 base plate from you, and I have a couple of questions about the brake assist number 2012: 1. will it work on a 2005 Toyota Corolla? 2. will the brake lights activate when you puah brakes on the RV?

Thank you for your recent order. Yes, the Blue Ox Portable Braking System, # BLU37TR, will work on your 2005 Toyota Corolla. This system activates the brakes in your towed vehicle at the same time and with the same intensity as the brakes in your RV.
In order for the brake lights to activate when you push the brakes on the RV, you will need to install a wiring kit on the Corolla. We offer three different installation options.
The Roadmaster Separate Lighting Kit, # 154-792-118158, connects to your vehicle's lighting system.
The Roadmaster Wiring Kit with Bulbs, # RM-155, is a self-contained wiring kit and does not tap into the vehicle's wiring. Use of this kit does require drilling into your taillight housing on the Corolla in order to install the bulbs for the independent system.
The Magnetic LED Tow Lights, # TLL21RK, are temporary and do not require tapping into the vehicle's wiring system.
As an added reminder, it is always recommended that you check your owner's manual to make sure that your vehicle is capable of being flat towed and to ensure that no additional modifications need to be made.
