All good! The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch item # 306-X7267 you are looking at is confirmed to fit the 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon. This is a class II hitch with a 1-/4" receiver. We do have an installation video I have linked below that will show you exactly how to get this hitch installed.
If you are needing a 2" receiver we also have the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch item # 306-X7601 that installs in a identical way.
