The closest fenders we have to the size you mentioned are listed below but they are only 10" wide:
Single Axle Jeep Style Trailer Fender - Cold Rolled Steel item # HP76VR
Single Axle Trailer Fender - Jeep Style - Aluminum Tread Plate item # CE18041ATB
Both of these fenders measure 10" Wide x 36" long x 19-1/4" tall and fit 13" to 15" wheels.

I have a dexter 5200, the outside of the tire is 11" off the body, so I need the 12" width to cover the tire by 1 " for code. If you know anyone who works for Lark maybe they will help. Someone makes them for Lark
