Recommendation for 5th Wheel Hitch on 2014 2500 Ram Longhorn Mega Cab with Short Bed

I am looking for a fifth wheel hitch for a 2014 2500 Longhorn Mega cab short bed. There was a comment about not using a hitch with Ram Boxes what does that mean. Dry Hitch 2180 Dry Trailer 12,610 43 Ft

This sliding fifth wheel hitch has a gross tow weight rating of 16,000 pounds and a tongue weight rating of 4,000 pounds. The vehicle specific bracket installation kit requires no drilling by mounting to existing holes in your vehicle's frame.

The RamBox is a cargo management system, similar to toolboxes, which is built into the sides of the truck bed. This particular hitch is not recommended for these models due to the fact that the RamBox decreases the interior clearance in the truck bed.
