The Dexter Trailer Axle # 8327816-EB would be your best replacement option. This includes the hub/drum and brake assemblies so you won't have to piece that together separately. It matches your 86-1/2" hub face measurement but the spring center is a little off. You will need to cut off the spring seats and weld on # TRSS300 to match your 68-1/2" measurement. You will also need the U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb, Round Trailer Axles # APUBR-8.

Ok, looks like everything except springs. I would need 26” double eye. Is there a kit that combines, springs, shackles, spring centering bolts and U-bolts?

Also, I understand Dexter D44 and D52 axel beams are the same wall thickness. So, is the crown different to get the higher rating?

@Eric we do not have a kit that combines everything like that. Since you have 26" leaf springs the # e27SR would be the best replacement. These are designed for 4,500 lb axles so they're rated a bit higher. There is no reason to get 5,200 lb leaf springs since none of this will increase the capacity of your trailer. If you want a shackle kit I would go ahead and upgrade with the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit. This comes with bronze bushings, wet bolts, and 1/2" thick shackles. You want to measure your current shackles center hole to center hole to find the right kit. For 2-1/4" use # MR46ZR and for 3-1/8" use # MR76ZR.
