Can truck with air lift suspension air bags be jacked up by frame?

If you mean Firestone air bags like the # F2525 you were looking at they can handle the weight of everything hanging from them when you raise your vehicle up on a lift or jack so that isn't a problem. If it is Air Lift brand air bags they would have to be removed or they will be destroyed. This is a testament to the construction of the Firestone bags and one of many good reasons to choose them over Air Lift.
