How to Install the Tow Package Wiring # 118266 on a 2012 Nissan Frontier with # C56225 Installed

Question:

I previously installed your 4 flat with relays provided wire harness on my 2012 Frontier. Now I want to go to this 7 pin. It looks like all I need do is remove old and replace this new harness located drivers side rear. Appears the relays I used for the 4 pin will work with this 7? Is the second plug I see in the pic for the brake hook-up or? Thanks

You are correct, the relay harness of the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring # C56225 that you referenced would work with the Nissan Tow Package Wiring Harness # 118266. All you would need to do is unplug the 4-way harness and then plug the 7-way harness into that connector as well as the connector right next to it. To see the two connectors check out the picture I attached.
