Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2024 Ford Bronco

Question:

I made the mistake of ordering Draw-Tite 76527 Class 3 Trailer Hitch, 2-Inch Receiver, off of Amazon for my 2024 Ford Bronco. Unfortunately Amazon didn’t say it was only compatible with 2021-2022 Broncos… it did not fit my 2024. Before I order this one, can you confirm that it is compatible with the 2024 Bronco?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT37GR is the same thing as the 76527 hitch you already have so If it didn't fit it's not going to work.

Instead, I'd recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C76WR which we have listed as a fit for your 2024 Ford Bronco.

Thanks for the feedback - glad I asked. That said, your web site needs to be updated. First, the tool that tells me whether the hitch is compatible with my 2024 Bronco says that it is. There is also a comment from Colleen from Feb 2024 that the hitch is compatible with her 2024 Bronco. I would be delighted if the web site is correct and the Draw Tight is compatible with my 2024. I’ve tried the Curt hitch and the size of the spare tire requires an extender, which reduces the tongue weight significantly.

@JayS Thanks for the feedback Jay, it looks like after reading other reviews that in order to install the Draw-Tite hitch you would have needed to take the rear bumper off - I'm wondering if that is the issue you were running into.

@BryceD no, the bumper didn’t need to come off. The issue was that the hitch was wider than the beam it was supposed to attach to causing a gap and very loose fit

@JayS Oh I see, that is very interesting. No one else seems to have mentioned that so I'm wondering if maybe you were sent the wrong hitch? I'm not sure, either way I can get this info over to our Fitguide team who can add this info to the hitch.
