Is the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver 65022 Better Than the Cheap Amazon Copies
Question:
The Draw Tite looks the same as the cheap Amazon copies. Is there significant strength difference in the Draw Tite? If they are made in the same factory and branded different, then its a no Brainerd. If there is a significant difference I will obviously choose the Draw tite. Thanks for your time.

Thanks for reaching out Denis, I'd love to clear the air for you!
While I don't have info on the factory that the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65022 is made at, what I can say is that Draw-Tite is one of the leading hitch brands on the market, and is what a lot of the knockoffs try to model their hitches after. Not everyone knows this but the U-Haul branded hitches are either rebranded Draw-Tite or Curt hitches (Curt is the other leading brand) and it just depends on what year you happen to purchase from them.
I completely understand the hesitancy to purchase a hitch online without getting to see it first, but Draw-Tite is a legit brand and you can trust the weight ratings and durability of their hitches.
We actually have a dealer network that you can work through if you'd like to order the hitch through a physical location near you and/or get help with the installation. If you check out the link on this page you can type in your zip code to see if we have any dealers we do business with in your area so you can further instill your trust with someone over the counter if you'd rather go that route.
