5th Wheel Hitch Recommendations for a 2011 Ford F350 with UnderBed Rails

Question:

looking at buying a fifth wheel hitch for my 2011 f-350 super duty with factory under bed rails.the fifth wheel it will be hauling has a dry weight of 12610 lbs and a GVWR of 15800 lbs and dry hitch weight of 2180 lbs. what hitch do you suggest?

Since you have the factory underbed rails on your 2011 Ford F350 you would want the Reese Elite Series Pre-Assembled 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # RP30144 if you have a short bed. (Slider hitches are required for use on short bed trucks to ensure 90 degree turn capability.)

Or, if you have an 8 foot bed you would want the Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30921. Both of these hitches are the nicest ones on the market, would work well to provide you with the best towing experience possible and would simply install into the underbed pucks in your truck.
